It all started in 2021 with just two vehicles: a Subaru Outback and a Jeep Wrangler. Through relentless effort and a hands-on approach, I expanded my fleet to over 50 vehicles, managing every aspect from operations to customer interactions.
This rapid expansion was not without its challenges. Perhaps the most daunting was when we faced over $115,000 in stolen vehicles in just three weeks. This crisis was a pivotal moment for us. Instead of buckling under the pressure, I saw an opportunity to innovate. We collaborated with a parking lot owner to upgrade our security infrastructure and partnered with Fleetwire to develop a cutting-edge GPS system equipped with features like a remote kill switch and lock/unlock capabilities.
These enhancements not only safeguarded our fleet but also revolutionized how we operate, setting a new standard in fleet management that others in the industry began to follow.
