Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation / Refund policy

Due to the cost incurred by Arslan Fleet to deliver our services to you, the cancellation/refund policy is as follows…

100% in the first 3 days after contract execution

75% after the first 3 days but before the first 7 days after contract execution or until your onboarding call is completed (whichever comes first)

50% after 7 days but before 21 days of contract execution or until you have been introduced to a qualified host, whichever comes first.

25% after 21 days but before 30 days.

After 30 days or your introduction to a qualified host, there are no refunds, but Arslan Fleet will continue to work with you to fulfill its obligations.
