Program Participation

By enrolling in the Arslan Fleet program, the Client acknowledges that Arslan Fleet, LLC provides vehicle preparation, acquisition, and onboarding services only. Once a vehicle is purchased and prepared for Turo, the vehicle will be placed under the care of a separate, qualified management partner.

 

Management Partner Relationship

The Client understands that ongoing day-to-day management of the vehicle will be handled exclusively by this management partner under a separate agreement between the Client and that partner. Prior to engaging with the partner, the Client will be made aware of the relationship, the scope of services provided, and the contract terms that will govern that relationship

 

No Guarantee of Earnings

 

Earnings potential is subject to market conditions, vehicle type, demand in the relevant Turo market, and the practices of the management partner. Arslan Fleet, LLC does not guarantee specific results, earnings, or utilization of any vehicle.

 

Expenses & Revenue Projections

 

Revenue projections provided by Arslan Fleet are illustrative only. They may account for gross rental revenue and routine maintenance but do not include additional expenses such as insurance, financing, registration, parking, breakdown repairs, or cleaning costs. These costs vary by market and by the specific management partner engaged.

 

Liability

 

Arslan Fleet, LLC is not responsible for the actions, inactions, or performance of the management partner. Any disputes concerning the management of the vehicle must be resolved directly with the management partner under the terms of that separate agreement.

 

Compliance

 

Clients are expected to comply with all applicable laws, platform rules, and the terms set forth in both the Arslan Fleet agreement and any subsequent management partner agreement.

 

Amendments

 

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website and will govern participation in the program.
